1. Most Important Contact They always responded immediately to my calls, and if I needed anything, they took care of it right away. I was worried because I was a single woman and it was my first time living in Jeju Island, but I was so grateful. 2. Open the door and step out, and the ocean is right in front of you, and the mountains are behind you. I went to Jeju because I needed some healing, and it was just a 3- or 5-minute walk to the ocean, which was great. It's so quiet, and they have all the necessary amenities like convenience stores, supermarkets, and coffee shops. 3. Water Purifier I needed to buy some water, so I looked around at nearby supermarkets and Coupang, and wow, there was a water purifier, which was so nice. 4. Transportation The bus stop was right in front of the house, which was great. I wanted to travel to Seogwipo, but I was worried about transportation. The bus stop right in front of the house was the best. You can even check the past schedules with the Naver Map app. 5. Lots of Local Restaurants I hated the restaurants famous on Instagram because they were already so crowded, but this place has so many restaurants that only locals go to, which was great. 6. It's all there. Clothes drying rack, washing machine, water purifier, refrigerator, TV, sofa, dining table, trash bags, rice cooker, microwave, coffee pot, dishwashing supplies, ****, **, **, bed, ** ****—it really has it all. This is truly a place where you can live in Jeju just by coming here. Cons 1. Parking is difficult. It's not designated parking, so you have to park on the shoulder or nearby, making parking a bit difficult. But even for a novice driver like me, it was fine! My friends kept saying, "This place is great!" I really, really, really, really loved this place. I'd love to extend my stay if I could, but it's already fully booked. ㅜㅜ It's a shame. I'll come again.

The location was absolutely perfect because Beophwan Port was right nearby. The accommodation was reasonably priced and convenient to get around, making it ideal for a Jeju trip. I didn't meet the owner in person, but they responded very quickly to messages and resolved any issues promptly with kind service. While the accommodation isn't fancy or particularly beautiful, for travelers who prefer exploring various parts of Jeju rather than staying in one place, it offers both great value for money and an excellent location. If I come to Jeju again, I'd definitely use it again. I highly recommend it!

I stayed for a month in April. First, the advantages: Excellent value for money, kind host, very comfortable bed and clean bedding. There's a water purifier, so I didn't have to buy water. After breakfast, I'd grab an Americano (there's a Venti right in front for 2,000 won - highly recommended) and take a walk around Beophwan Port. This hobby became a really healing lifestyle. There are a few minor inconveniences, but If you ask me if I'd stay again? OK.

It's close to Beophwan Port, making it convenient for fishing, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Except for the inconvenience of no parking lot, we had a great two-week stay.
