Please be especially careful of fire hazards even when smoking outdoors. * As this is a densely populated residential area, please refrain from making noise after 9 PM. * Bringing pets without permission is not allowed. (Immediate eviction will be enforced upon detection.) * No barbecuing in the campfire area! Please use the separate barbecue facilities next to the washing machine. * Please wash the campfire area and barbecue grill immediately after use.
