Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. When using the barbecue, please use the portable gas burner provided in the warehouse to ignite it. Please prepare your own charcoal or charcoal. (Charcoal can be provided at cost if needed.) This person lives right next door (1 household), so you can't make too much noise. Parking is available for up to 3 cars.
