You will be required to pay double the deposit for any damage to bedding caused by smoking, and a fine of 100,000 KRW will be imposed if traces of smoking are found. ✅️ This building is equipped with a system that automatically notifies the nearest fire station in the event of an abnormality. As there have been instances where fire trucks were mistakenly dispatched due to excessive smoke, cooking foods that involve oil splatters, smoke, or strong odors, such as meat or fish, is prohibited. ✅️ For security purposes, all windows cannot be opened from the outside. Please be careful, as closing the balcony door completely from the outside may result in being trapped inside. ✅️ If the combined weekly electricity, water, and gas bill exceeds 40,000 KRW, the excess amount will be charged at actual cost (we keep photos of the meters). If you use the space within reasonable limits, treating it like your own home, you will not exceed the limit, so there is no need to worry. Please turn off the air conditioner (summer) and boiler (winter) when going out. ✅️ As this accommodation is operated as a rental business rather than a lodging business, the provision of bathroom amenities is prohibited under the Public Health Act. ✅️ To maintain hygiene, all bedding is laundered using antibacterial agents, and thorough disinfection is carried out using Ssaksu (antiviral) after cleaning. 🚫 We verify the exact number of guests.
