1-minute walk: Convenience store 2-minute walk: Bus stop There is a great Indian restaurant (Vatika) for curry and a Western restaurant (Le Montauk) for pasta within a 1-minute walk. ♥️Recently remodeled ✓ Modern interior in clean white tones. ✓ This house is decorated with a warm and cozy feel, complete with a bed and TV. ✓ The attic is cozy, not stuffy. It's a bright, sunny space during the day, and a quiet space for relaxation at night. (The attic doesn't have a boiler.) ✓ Types of amenities -Basic bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foam cleanser, toilet paper -Laundry and household items: laundry detergent, fabric softener, slippers, hangers, towels * 2 towels are provided per person * Since this is a long-term stay, please use the washing machine to wash the clothes yourself. Thank you :) ♥️Location ✓ 5 minutes away from Yuseong IC by car, good access to highway. ✓ You can reach major areas of Daejeon, such as Yuseong and Dunsan, within 15 minutes.

Please separate your waste and dispose of it at the blue hose in front of the pharmacy on the 1st floor. ✓ For general waste, please purchase a pay-as-you-throw bag (one is provided in the living room trash can). For food waste, please dispose of it in any bag, purchase a sticker to attach it, and tie it up in the same location before discarding. ✓ Pets are not allowed. If caught, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and you will be required to pay the wallpapering fee if wallpapering is necessary. ✓ Please use the provided items carefully. Costs will be charged for any loss or damage. ✓ Additional management fees will be requested for excessive use of gas, water, or electricity. ✓ In case of noise complaints, a "warning" will be issued for the first offense, and "eviction measures" will be taken for the second and third offenses. ✓ Please observe proper etiquette!
