[User Guide] 0. Please be careful when using the internal stairs as it is a duplex structure. 1. Personal hygiene products are not provided. 2. Please understand that you may be charged the full price of any damaged or broken props, furniture, or fixtures. 3. Please be mindful of noise late at night, after 10 PM. 4. Pets and smoking are prohibited. If complaints arise or if discovered, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund. We appreciate your understanding! 5. If you need parking, please contact us in advance. 6. Minors require parental consent. 7. We are not responsible for any lost items in the room after check-out. Please check carefully before check-out. 8. Please do some basic tidying up before leaving. - Arrange props and furniture in their proper places. - dish wash - Separate collection and food waste disposal (Behind the entrance to the 1st floor parking lot) - Do not purchase separate bags for food waste. You don't have to. (Food waste disposal card provided, must be returned) 9. Due to the nature of studio apartments, the heating stays on for a long time. To prevent overheating, turn it off when it gets too hot! 10. There are two entrances. They are connected, so you can enter from either one. 11. All equipment is provided for two people. Please bring your own items for additional people. 12. Empty the inner dust filter after using the dryer. This may cause malfunction. [Special Terms] 1. Entry by outsiders is prohibited, with the exception of a maximum of 4 occupants. 2. The tenant does not register regular parking within the building. 3. The tenant does not report the business address or change of address on the resident registration. 4. Avoid causing noise that may cause inconvenience to neighbors and cause complaints. 5. If the above special terms and conditions are violated, the contract may be terminated without refund of the usage fee, and the deposit will not be refunded. Furthermore, if damages occur due to a violation of the special terms and conditions, the tenant will be charged compensation.
