Seorak in Gangwon-do. Surrounded by mountains and valleys, our high-altitude location offers ocean views, allowing you to enjoy both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The interior features a duplex layout, and the building is a newly constructed structure made of wood. There is a terrace and an outdoor barbecue area in front of the guest rooms. Nearby supermarkets and convenience stores are within a 5-10 minute drive, while the nearest beach is within a 10-20 minute drive. < For Monthly Stays > The security deposit of 200,000 KRW covers gas, electricity, and water bills. If the total bills for gas, electricity, or water exceed 200,000 KRW, you must pay the excess amount. Upon check-in, the gas meter, electricity meter, and water meter will be inspected and photos taken. Upon final check-out, the gas meter will be verified, and any excess amount must be paid in full before vacating (an additional deposit is required if the gas bill exceeds 200,000 KRW during the stay). (Current gas rate is 2,500 KRW per 1m³. Currently, the gas bill for monthly stay guests [October–November] is approximately 60,000 KRW. However, please note that as the weather gets colder in December, January, and February, gas usage is expected to increase, potentially exceeding the security deposit.) (Note) * You must bring your own personal items (toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, etc.) such as towels and toilet paper for the bathroom. * Smoking is prohibited inside the guest rooms. Pets are allowed (only small dogs under 5kg are permitted). * If you are grilling meat such as pork belly, please use the outdoor terrace or designated area to prevent odors inside the room. (Inquiries) * If you bring a pet, you must provide additional compensation before check-out in addition to the security deposit if there is damage to the door frame or chewing in the room.
