Cooking seafood or grilling meat in the guest rooms is prohibited. (Takeout sashimi is permitted.) 1) Absolutely no smoking in the rooms. Violation will result in eviction (no refund). A fine of 100,000 KRW will be imposed for smoking. 2) Dispose of trash next to the office (where the large tree stands). Separate general waste from recyclables. 3) Please turn off the TV, air conditioner, electric panel heater, and fan heater when going out or checking out. (Please set the boiler to "away mode.") 4) Hot water is available in the private unit even without turning on the boiler. 5) The Wi-Fi password is indicated on the bottom line of the router in front of the TV. 6) Please gather used towels in one place. For consecutive or long-term stays, we will replace them with new towels upon request. 7) If you leave behind travel suitcases, fishing rods, or other paid waste, you will be charged a waste disposal fee.
