Super single bed, duvet, and pillows are provided. A foldable super single mattress and duvet are available. There are many restaurants and dining options right in front of the building. There is a CU convenience store, GS convenience store, and KFC nearby. It is one bus stop away from the GTX-A line. Sannae Elementary School, Sannae Middle School, and Unjeong High School are within a 2-3 minute walk. There is an elevator. There is a parking lot. You can also park near the park.

There are many great restaurants within a 2-minute walk. Convenience stores, Yukmihyang, and BBQ restaurants are great places for lunch and dinner. If you like raw fish, Busan Hoe Sikdang is just a minute away, but it often has a long wait, so it is recommended to make a reservation in advance. I highly recommend their Makhoe, Mulhoe, and Spicy Fish Stew; they are rich and have plenty of fish. Since there are so many restaurants, you don't have to worry about where to eat. It is a place with everything you need: academies, coffee shops, hair salons, hospitals, bus stops, and even the GTX Line A. Sannae Elementary School, Sannae Middle School, and Unjeong High School are right in front of the building, just a 3-minute walk away. You can purchase detergents, toiletries, and tissues separately. For recycling, please separate and dispose of only plastics, paper, vinyl, cans, and glass bottles in the parking lot. General trash bags and food waste bags can be purchased separately at the convenience store; there is a designated disposal area behind our building (near the Cizunoc coffee shop). Please dispose of them there, and if you need any assistance, please feel free to contact me anytime. If you experience any inconveniences while living here, please send me a text message. An electric mini oven, egg steamer, and toaster are all provided. It is a really clean and quiet studio apartment.

Recycling is available in the parking lot on the 1st floor. For general waste and food waste, go straight behind the parking lot; it is located right next to the coffee shop called Cizunok. We would appreciate it if you could make purchases at the CU convenience store. If you have any problems or inconveniences, please send us a text message and we will take immediate action. Please clean as thoroughly as possible, just leaving the place exactly as you arrived.
