The contract holder is solely responsible for any violations. ⛔️ Actual costs will be charged for damaged items or soiled bedding. ⛔️ An additional 30,000 KRW in management fees will be charged for each additional person, in accordance with building regulations. 🛎️ To ensure a comfortable move-in, basic kitchenware (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc.) is provided as an option. We have prepared a certain quantity of towels as a move-in gift, so please feel free to use them. However, please understand that due to the nature of short-term rentals, additional replacements, refills, or laundry services are not provided during your stay.
