Violators will be asked to leave immediately and charged a cleaning fee. • Facility and Amenities Maintenance: To ensure cleanliness and security, our accommodations are photographed daily before and after each guest's arrival. Damaged or lost items may incur a replacement fee. • Pest Control: We conduct regular pest control and have installed fortune lights in the garden, but due to the nature of the building with a rooftop garden, outside pests may enter. We ask for your understanding. Please be sure to fold up the parasols in the rooftop garden after use. Parasols may blow away in windy conditions, so please cooperate to prevent any accidents. In case of typhoons and heavy rain, we will ask for your understanding in advance and inspect the rooftop facilities. • Additional guests other than those who made the reservation are absolutely not permitted to stay in the room. • It is a 4th floor unit without an elevator. You will have exclusive use of room 401 (30 pyeong) and the rooftop (50 pyeong).
