It is a luxurious business accommodation space featuring a clean and modern white color scheme. As this is an office space, residency registration is not permitted. We have devoted great care to hygiene and cleaning. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. (Violation will result in full charges for special cleaning and wallpapering costs.) Bedding, kitchen appliances, and bathroom amenities are provided for a standard occupancy of 3 people (maximum 4). Four system air conditioners are installed in the entire unit, and TV and internet access ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Bedding and towels are freshly laundered and provided. Washing machines and dryers are available for your convenience. Almost everything is provided, so you can come with just your personal belongings. (Please bring your own toiletries.) You have access to the landscaping and community facilities within the complex. (Community access: Available for long-term contracts of 1 month or more, with separate fees.) It is close to the apartment complex entrance, making it convenient to access the commercial area. Please refrain from parties or using portable burners, and be mindful of noise after 9 PM. We recommend using your own vehicle. You can reach us from Chungju Terminal or Chungju Station via Bus No. 111 (every 1 hour). Parking is free due to the vehicle registration system. We can discuss any necessary items or requests you may have.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. (Violators will be charged a painting fee of 500,000 won.) When pets are allowed in (special cleaning fee of 800,000 won charged) You are responsible for compensation in case of damage to the item. As this is an apartment, please be careful not to disturb your neighbors (noise, loud noise, parties). Gas, electricity, water, internet, TV, etc. are all included in the low management fee. Additional charges may apply for excessive use. (If the management fee for any of gas, electricity, or water exceeds the amount, the excess amount will be charged.) There are no additional charges when used within the common sense range. (Example: Turn on the heating and air conditioning and go out, turn on the heating and hot water and go out, etc.) Foods with strong odors, such as fish and meat, are prohibited for consumption indoors. Portable gas burners, charcoal, and firewood are prohibited for fire prevention purposes.

External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
