Although the space isn't large, it has everything you need for daily life. It is a 2-minute walk from Oryong Station, and there is a laundromat, a convenience store, and convenient parking in the evening.

There are restaurants, convenience stores, and a laundromat within a 1-minute walk. Oryong Station is within a 3-minute walk, and a bus stop is within a 2-minute walk. The surroundings are flat and the residential area is bright. Our accommodation is a studio apartment that was originally rented out to university students. The surroundings are bright and well-lit, and in the evenings, it is a quiet residential area. However, amenities are close by, and although it is small, I believe it is the optimal choice for a short-term stay.
