It is a warm and cozy house, and is a large and comfortable accommodation that can accommodate up to 8 people. It's a quiet neighborhood and since it's a single-family home, there's no noise between floors and no friction between neighbors. The location is a 3-minute walk from the Samseong-dong Market bus stop. It is also within a 10-minute walk from Seoul National University Venture Town subway station. There is a supermarket right in front, so you can buy light snacks, and there is also a convenience store nearby.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Simple cooking is possible, but strong-smelling foods such as fish and meat are not allowed. (No barbecue in the yard) For parking, please use the Wonsin Public Parking Lot or Samseong-dong Public Parking Lot. Or, you can park in front of OK Real Estate at the entrance to the alley if it is empty.
