Anyone found smoking will be asked to leave immediately and charged a special cleaning fee (KRW 200,000). No partying! Having a good time is great, but shouting or making excessive noise late at night can be a big nuisance to your neighbors. This is a space for quiet relaxation, so please be sure to keep it that way. No pets allowed! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay with you. (A special cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged.) Do not cook food with strong odors! For the sake of the next guest, please refrain from cooking strong-smelling foods such as fish, grilled meat, and fermented soybean paste stew. Protect your fixtures and furniture! Please keep all items in their original place. Any damage or contamination may incur a repair fee. security! Accommodation by outsiders other than those reserved is strictly prohibited.
