A Healing Private House Surrounded by Nature (15 Pyeong Duplex)

I'm an amateur traveler who travels around the country. This time, I stayed here for 12 nights, and I'm writing this review in the hopes that it will help others make their own choices. When you travel frequently, finding a nice place to stay can be a financial burden, especially if you're staying overnight. But with kids in tow, you can't just focus on price... There were so many things to consider, like hygiene, convenience, and size. I even carefully checked reviews on other sites before making my choice. First of all, this accommodation can be summed up in one word: "Best value for money." —It's a low price, and it's a private house! It even has a yard. I have two elementary school-aged sons, who are noisy and active, so this was a great place to play. —The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. It was also well-cleaned. —The amenities were more varied than listed. In addition to basic amenities like a hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, there's also a living room heater, dehumidifier, air purifier, bathroom heater, bidet, Giga Genie, board games, charcoal grill, Netflix, a baby potty, and even a large hanger with hangers. When you're crammed in, it can be a hassle to put clothes in and out of your suitcase, but the hangers are surprisingly convenient. The dehumidifier also dries laundry quickly. It was just the right size for my needs. Haha. —The house is 15 pyeong (approximately 49 square meters) and has large windows, making it a great size for living. —It's located on the east side of Jeju Island, but I recommend shopping near tourist attractions that day. If you're going on your own, you'll need to drive 15 minutes to get there. Convenience stores are everywhere, no matter which way you go. Other reviews say the trash collection point is far away, but in Jeju, you have to dispose of your trash at the recycling center, so you'll have to take that into account if you're staying in a detached house. There are three within a five-minute drive, so you can choose whichever one you prefer. I chose the beachside location. The view was great, and the staff was friendly. I recommend this accommodation to those with a car because of its location. There are many places nearby that are easily accessible by car... When you come in at night, park at the entrance and look up at the sky, and you'll be rewarded with a spectacular view of the stars, thanks to the absence of city light pollution. —Another great thing about this accommodation is the excellent communication with the host. They respond quickly to your calls, and if any issues arise, the manager will be there right away. —It's quiet... It's not located near a major road or tourist attraction, so it's quiet. It's perfect for a long stay and relaxation. It's a bit out of the way, but there are neighbors, so it's not scary or anything. - Things to note Interior (The cypress walls and ceiling are a bit out of style, but the warm, cozy feel and cute accessories make for a comfortable stay. It's a bit greedy to have a magazine-like interior for a 500,000 won-per-night accommodation.) You should bring your own personal hygiene products. (Towels and such are essential for long-term stays. Detergent and toilet paper also vary in quantity depending on the length of stay, so you should bring your own.) Is there a breeze? (The host provided heaters in the living room and bathroom, so it wasn't inconvenient. With the boiler running at full blast, you don't even need a heater.) Utility Bills This is probably the most concerning part for first-time guests... My daily bill was 10,000 won. ㅜㅜ (Even the owner admitted it was a lot.) Four people used it for two weeks during a record-breaking cold snap. Almost every day for two weeks, the average daytime temperature was 3 degrees Celsius, the nighttime temperature was -3 degrees Celsius, and it was extremely cold with snow and winds of up to 58 m/c. We stayed warm. Very warm..ㅋ I wanted to come home to a warm house, so I turned on the boiler during the day and cooked two meals at home. I did laundry every day and turned on the dehumidifier because of the snow. Usually, your bill will be lower than mine. It'll probably be even lower in spring and fall, right? I received my utility bill within two days, and my deposit will be refunded within two hours of payment. And there's a curious and friendly yellow dog living across the street. He's not always out, but he pretends to know me when we see him sometimes.ㅋ Recommended for: - Families or travelers with small dogs - Those looking for a quiet rest - Those looking to spend a month in Jeju with children without the hassle - Those who dream of a house with a yard Looking back, this was a truly excellent choice. It was comfortable, cozy, quiet, reasonably priced, and in a great location. Everything was great. I'd definitely stay here again. We had a great time with the kids. It was great because it was spacious for the price. Last year, I paid much more for a room and a living room than here. This place is great value for money. It's not right next to the beach, but it's only a 5-minute drive to the beach and a large supermarket is 10 minutes away, so it was comfortable. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

It's located in the Seongsan area, making it a great location for exploring eastern Jeju. It's also a very quiet neighborhood. The house was a comfortable size and comfortable. It wasn't too big, so it was easy to manage. I paid for the electricity, water, and heating, and they provided good supporting documentation, which made the price completely reasonable.
