If you wish to sign a contract of 6 months or longer, you can complete an additional contract and register your residency. 5. Consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided. -- This is a short-term rental, not a lodging business. There is no mid-term cleaning. 6. The security deposit is held by Live Anywhere, not me. It is usually returned the day after check-out. 7. I have prepared the place with care and kept it clean, just as if it were my own home. We use a professional cleaning service and wash all fabrics (such as sofas) whenever a new tenant moves in. We maintain everything from window cleaning and sills to the inside of the washing machine. The landlord personally manages the property after conducting a final inspection before the new tenant moves in.🔥

Additional rules

We are very accommodating with the utmost flexibility regarding move-in and move-out times if there are no tenants on the preceding or succeeding dates. You can check the schedule transparently; however, if a tenant is present, move-in is at 4:00 PM and move-out is at 11:00 AM. All utilities are included in the management fee, so please feel free to use them. However, we will request compensation for any unreasonable charges. Conversely, if the bill is significantly lower, we will compensate you with a gift certificate. 🔥 Please do not unplug the heating outlet in the master bedroom, even for a brief moment, as doing so will result in a massive heating bill. Please be careful.

This is a short-term stay. Some daily necessities may not be provided. Please note that terms and services differ from standard accommodations.
This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)
The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.
