This is a premium one-room hotel (gosiwon) located two subway stops away from Soongsil University on Line 7. Chung-Ang University is also located a 20-minute bus ride away. It is located a 2-minute walk from Exit 4 of Jangseungbaegi Station on Line 7, providing easy access to Gangnam and Hongdae. It was built a year and a half ago and the facilities are good and comfortable. The windows are especially large and the surroundings are quiet. You can spend the summer cool with individual air conditioning in the hot summer :) It is a 2-minute walk from Exit 4 of Jangseungbaegi Station on Seoul Subway Line 7. There are Chung-Ang University and Soongsil University nearby, and it is easy to get to Noryangjin and Gangnam. Each room features a private bathroom, bed, desk, Carrier air conditioner, 2-door refrigerator, LG washing machine, microwave, and high-speed wired and wireless Internet. The common area is equipped with a dedicated dryer, hot/cold water purifier, ramen, and rice, all of which are free to use. CCTV cameras are installed without any blind spots for your safety. There's also a supermarket on the first floor of the building, providing convenient access to daily necessities.
