1. Basic Rules • All guests must present identification before check-in. • Unauthorized entry by third parties other than the reservation holder is prohibited. • Smoking, drinking parties, and loud noise are strictly prohibited within the accommodation. • Pets are not allowed without prior agreement. • All facilities and furniture must be maintained in the condition they were in at the time of move-in, and any damage must be compensated at actual cost. 2. Check-in / Check-out • Check-in: After 3:00 PM • Check-out: Before 11:00 AM • Early check-in and late check-out are permitted only with prior approval and may incur additional charges. 3. Cleaning and Hygiene • Trash in the guest room must be separated and disposed of directly in the designated bins. • Food waste and recyclables must be disposed of in designated areas. 4. Use of Common Areas • The kitchen, washing machine, dryer, etc., are shared spaces. • Please be sure to tidy up and maintain cleanliness after use. • Please refrain from using noise-generating appliances such as washing machines and vacuum cleaners at night (after 10:00 PM). 5. Safety and Facility Management • CCTV is installed in all areas of the accommodation and is not used for any purpose other than safety. • The use of items posing a fire hazard, such as candles, induction cooktops, and electric heaters, is prohibited in guest rooms. • Please keep the entrance door locked at all times.
