10 minutes from Daejeon Station and the Intercity Bus Terminal. 1 minute from Mt. Gyeryong. The police station and fire station are located right next to the apartment's main gate. Transportation is convenient, with a bus stop serving the entire Daejeon area. The food street is also within a 10-minute walk, and you can access the Mt. Gyeryong red clay path for a walk. The food street and Jungri Market are also nearby. Although it is technically 24 pyeong, the living room and bedrooms have been expanded, making it feel like over 27 pyeong. If you lie down on the large bed, you can see Mt. Gyejok, and the winter scenery is especially stunning. We recently installed new silk wallpaper and had the space thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Please let us know in advance if you need any additional items, and we will prepare them for you.
