[Guidelines for Accommodation] 1. *Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building.* Smoking is strictly forbidden, including in the bathrooms. If you smoke, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW and will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund. 2. Please do not play loud music after 10 PM. This is a quiet neighborhood, so playing loud music may disturb your neighbors. :) 3. Please adhere to the 11:00 AM checkout time. If you need to check out late, please contact the host in advance; an additional fee will apply. (10,000 KRW per hour) 4. You will be charged the full cost of compensation and replacement for any items damaged or broken within the accommodation. 5. Cooking meat or fish is not permitted inside the accommodation. 6. If you use the projector in the room, please be sure to return it to its original location after use. (You can use your existing ID for the projector and Netflix.) 7. Regarding waste disposal, please dispose of food waste in the food waste bin located in the kitchen, and general waste and recyclables in the bins located in front of the bathroom door. Thank you! 8. The heater will start operating on average 3-5 minutes after you press the power button. 9. For electrical safety reasons, please set the intensity of portable heaters to a maximum of 2 when operating wall-mounted heaters in the rooms and living room. :) *In case of an electrical short circuit, please open the door leading to the rooftop in the living room, open the gray fuse box visible in front, and switch the switch from off to on to use it. :) 10. Please make sure to turn off the lights and the heating and cooling systems before leaving. 11. For electrical safety reasons, please refrain from using the washing machine and induction cooktop simultaneously. 12. When enjoying the night view, turning on the string lights on the rooftop will create a cozier atmosphere. [Guidelines when using Accommodation] ​ 1. The entire building is non-smoking area. Absolutely no smoking including bathrooms in the accommodation please. If you smoke, you will be asked to leave the room without a refund and a cleaning fee of 100,000 won. 2. Please do not play loud music after 10pm. It's a quiet neighborhood, so it can be a nuisance to neighbors. ​ 3. Please keep the check-out time at 11:00. In case of late check-out, an additional charge will be incurred (5,000 won per 30 minutes). 4. In case of damage to property in the accommodation, a damage fee will be charged. ​ 5. Cooking meat and fish is not allowed in the accommodation. 6. If you use the beam projector in your room (if you use it by projecting it on the ceiling, you can enjoy the best atmosphere!), please return it to its original location after use (you can use the beam projector Netflix with the registered ID) 7. For garbage disposal, please dispose of food in the food trash can located in the kitchen, and general trash and recycling trash in the general trash and recycling trash can located in front of the bathroom door. ​ 8.
