Located in a quiet neighborhood, there is no animal noise (chickens, dogs) or inter-floor noise—a key advantage of detached houses. It is a healing space where even those sensitive to noise can relax comfortably. We regularly perform pest control by CESCO on the interior and garden. However, since we are close enough to nature to see fireflies, it is impossible to be completely free of insects, but you can rest more pleasantly compared to other places. There is an indoor swimming pool inside the house, allowing you to enjoy private time with your children. (Please note that separate charges apply depending on the use of cold or hot water. If you plan to use the pool, please contact us separately.) 📍 Location and Surroundings The accommodation is located within 40 minutes of the airport and stands at the starting point of a trip to southwestern Seogwipo. It is close to both Aewol and Jungmun, making it convenient to visit other tourist attractions. Its proximity to nature allows you to experience both comfortable relaxation and the joy of travel simultaneously.

Only guests with reservations are permitted to stay, and outsiders are not permitted to enter. Bedding will be provided according to the number of guests. If you would like an additional blanket, it costs 30,000 won for the set. Cleaning and bedding changes are not provided for multiple nights. However, trash collection is available for stays of 5 nights or more. Minors are not allowed to stay in mixed-gender rooms, and same-gender people may only enter if accompanied by a guardian or with consent. Filming for commercial purposes is prohibited, and prior inquiry is required if necessary. Pets are not allowed. Please make sure to put all toys back in their proper place after use to avoid losing them. (Only children weighing 18kg or less can ride Thomas the Tank Engine.) Parties, events, and the use of flammable materials such as candles are strictly prohibited. Please do not place stickers or tape on the walls. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Furthermore, the use of flammable items, such as incense, is prohibited. Basic medical supplies are provided, but please contact us if you need emergency medication (migraine, digestive, Pancol). Due to the nature of wooden houses, cooking food with strong odors indoors is not permitted (meat, fish, fermented soybean paste stew, fermented skate, etc.) You must compensate for any damage or loss of any furniture in the house, and items inside the house cannot be taken outside under any circumstances. We are not responsible for the loss of personal valuables, so please make sure to keep your valuables with you when going out. When using the facility, please pay special attention to personal safety management, including that of infants. Users are responsible for accidents caused by negligence or carelessness in personal safety management. Please use the items provided in the accommodation with care for the next guest. Any damage to furniture or interior walls, soiled bedding, or lost items will be subject to a fee. Please do not leave the front door open, and when you open a window, please make sure to close the screen. To ensure a pleasant environment, a professional company (SESCO) regularly manages pests (mosquitoes, ticks, ants, etc.), but those who are sensitive to bugs should be careful. Please keep all room facilities and kitchen utensils clean, wash all dishes and cooking utensils you use, and separate/dispose of trash. This is a quiet village where residents live together. After 10 p.m., it's time for manners.
