This was the perfect place for a two-week workation. First of all, the quiet and stable atmosphere of the residence made it easy to focus on work. At the same time, the stylish wooden interior and warm, spacious feel kept me from feeling overwhelmed or bored even during my extended stay. The comfortable space itself allowed for a smooth transition between work and relaxation, which was particularly satisfying. Even though it was winter, the boiler and hot water were provided reliably, ensuring a pleasant indoor environment. Heating and hot water are crucial for long-term stays, and I experienced no inconveniences in these areas. The bedding was also kept clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was also a major plus. The proximity to restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, along with other amenities, made life very convenient. Being near a university district, the atmosphere was stable and accessible. This kind of living infrastructure is crucial for long-term stays, and I found it to be sufficient for my daily life. The availability of parking right next to the residence was also a huge help with my frequent travel schedule. Overall, this space perfectly suited my workation goals of combining work and relaxation, and I was very satisfied with both my work and leisure life during my stay. If you're planning a long-term stay in Busan, this is definitely a place you'd choose again. 😎😎

Having a four-year-old child, I had many criteria when choosing a place to stay, but this cozy and beautiful place met all of them. Parking is right next to the house, so it's a one-minute walk from the parking lot to the house, so even in the cold of winter, it's no problem. I was worried it might be cold inside, but the boiler worked so well that I didn't even notice the cold inside, staying warm and comfortable. The birch plywood used on the living room walls and bedroom doors, along with the stylish objects, made for wonderful photos. My son loved playing in the living room, saying the large artificial flower pots made it look like a jungle. The Bluetooth speaker allowed us to play music and relax. The bedroom beds are also built into the wall, making it safe for him to sleep with us. The bedding was clean and the electric mat was thoughtfully provided! There were so many great restaurants nearby that we could easily walk to restaurants like gamjatang (spicy beef stew), udon (noodles), and bakeries. I'm planning to visit Busan again next winter, and it was such a great place that I'd love to stay again. I had a great time and will be back soon. Thank you so much!!

I was having difficulty finding good and reasonably priced accommodation during the BTS Arirang Concert period. Many places were fully booked. This place was my last hope. If I had been rejected, I would have had to stay very far away. However, when I received a response from the host that accommodation was possible, I was thrilled. Everything from booking, payment, check-in, to check-out was fast and efficient. When I arrived at the place, it was truly a hidden gem. Everything from the interior to the exterior was fantastic. I could only imagine that an ordinary Korean home could be like this. Although the host may not have stayed with us, this place gave me a glimpse of what Korean life is like. Of course, I had a very comfortable stay. Everything essential was perfect. The bed was really comfortable. I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. When I come back to Busan, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

This is where I stayed for a quick 10 nights. It was an unusually cold week, even for Busan. I was worried because it was a house, but the boiler worked well, making it incredibly warm and comfortable. I think the emotional interior design made it even warmer and more comfortable. ^^ The hot water worked well. Because it's in Daeyeon-dong, transportation was convenient, and because it's near a university, there were plenty of amenities and good restaurants. The only slight disappointment was the lack of Wi-Fi. I wish I had just a Standby Me Wi-Fi.

I stayed for 3 weeks for a training program at Bukyung National University, and the owner was very thoughtful in many ways, making me feel as comfortable as if I were at home. The area around the house is residential, so it was quiet and I could rest peacefully at night. Public transportation was convenient, making it easy to get around anywhere. The best advantage of this house is that it has a water purifier and a dryer, so I could drink water whenever I wanted and it was convenient to wash and dry laundry. The WiFi worked well, so I could handle work tasks in between, which was very convenient. This is a house I would like to stay at again next time.

I liked the warm wooden interior and the clean facilities. All conditions were quite good for a long-term stay. The room, living room, and bathroom were all in good condition, and it was even better that there were many famous restaurants and cafes nearby.
