- ☆Important☆ Gas charges are separate when using heated water in the swimming pool (100,000 KRW per day). The amount used for gas will be deducted from the deposit before payment is made. - Rooftop Pool Open Period: April – October - Rooftop Pool Hours: 10:00 AM – Sunset - Heated water for the Jacuzzi is provided free of charge for 2 hours per day; please request it 2 hours in advance. - Jacuzzi Hours: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM - 24 towels are provided by default, and one bath towel is provided per person. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 🚭 - To maintain a pleasant room environment, cooking greasy or strong-smelling foods such as fish, meat, or fried foods is strictly prohibited indoors. A cleaning fee of 500,000 KRW will be charged upon detection. - Please be aware that guests are responsible for any safety accidents, damage, or loss caused by negligence. - You must compensate for any damage, breakage, or loss of any facilities, props, or equipment. Please contact us immediately if any issues arise. - We contract with a pest control company to conduct professional disinfection. However, due to Jeju's proximity to nature, insects may be introduced from the outside. We ask for your understanding that this does not constitute grounds for a refund after check-in. - Guests accompanied by children must exercise extreme caution to prevent accidents. - Pets are not allowed. If caught, guests will be forcibly evicted, and the full nightly rate will be charged for cleaning and disinfection. The guest bears full responsibility for this. - Please inquire in advance for commercial filming or venue rentals. Any subsequent violations will result in legal action for infringement of property rights. - Minors are not permitted to use the swimming pool alone. The guest is solely responsible for any accidents resulting from a minor's sole use of the facility. - Swimming after consuming alcohol is prohibited. The guest is solely responsible for any accidents that occur as a result. - Eating food while using the facility is prohibited. If food waste causes contamination, a cleaning fee and water/hot water charges of 200,000 KRW will be billed. - Please contact us immediately if vomit or excrement occurs due to your own negligence. In this case, a full night's rate will be charged, taking into account pool equipment cleaning, interior cleaning, and water/hot water costs. Please keep this in mind. Also, please ensure that young children wear waterproof diapers. - The pool floor is slippery due to water, so please do not run. You are solely responsible for any accidents that occur as a result. - Food waste must be disposed of directly at the Clean House. (T-money card required)
