It has excellent landscaping inspired by Geumjeongsan Mountain and boasts both a forest area and a station area, boasting the clean air of Geumjeongsan Mountain. - This is a new apartment that was sold in 2021. It is a clean, modern interior apartment with a gray tone that underwent extensive interior work after moving in. -Originally, it was a 34 pyeong apartment with a total of 4 rooms.
