- 24 towels are provided as standard, and one bath towel is provided per person. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 🚭 - To maintain a pleasant guest room environment, cooking greasy or strong-smelling foods such as fish, meat, or fried foods is strictly prohibited indoors. If caught, a cleaning fee of 500,000 KRW will be charged. - Please be aware that guests are responsible for any safety accidents, damage, or loss caused by negligence. - You must compensate for any damage, breakage, or loss of any facilities, props, or equipment. Please contact us immediately if any issues arise. - Although we contract with a professional pest control company to conduct disinfection, please understand that due to Jeju's proximity to nature, insects may be introduced from the outside; this does not constitute grounds for a refund after check-in. - Guests traveling with children must exercise extreme caution to prevent accidents. - Pets are not allowed. If caught, guests will be forcibly evicted, and the cost of one night's stay will be charged for cleaning and disinfection. The guest bears the responsibility for this. - Please be sure to inquire in advance for commercial filming or rentals. Any violations will result in legal action for infringement of property rights. - Minors are not permitted to use the swimming pool alone. You are solely responsible for any accidents resulting from a minor's sole use of the facility. - Swimming after consuming alcohol is prohibited. You are solely responsible for any accidents that occur as a result. - Eating food while using the facility is prohibited. If food contamination occurs, a cleaning fee and water/hot water charges of 200,000 KRW will be billed. - Please contact us immediately if vomit or excrement occurs due to your own mistake. In this case, a full night's rate will be charged to cover equipment cleaning, interior cleaning, and water/hot water costs. Please keep this in mind, and young children are required to wear waterproof diapers. - The pool floor is slippery due to water, so you must not run. You are solely responsible for any accidents that occur as a result. - Food waste must be disposed of directly at the Clean House. (T-money card required)
