The sound of the boat is romantic🐬 - A safe, newly constructed building with hallway CCTV and keypad - Kitchen: Electric rice cooker, induction (highlight), microwave, basic cooking utensils, etc. - Fully equipped: refrigerator, washing machine, bed storage, wardrobe, dryer, etc. - Bathroom: ample storage space, hairdryer - Waste separation and disposal: The waste separation area on the first floor of the building is available 24 hours a day. 📣 Must read ‼ To ensure the cleanliness of the accommodation, various companies (pest control companies, cleaning companies, laundry companies) and the host directly manage it. In case of severe damage to property or contamination of bedding (if the property is left to a business and a separate fee is charged), a separate fee will be charged. 4. Only one dog is allowed, weighing less than 5 kg. When using hallways or public facilities, please make sure to keep your dog on a leash. 5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building. If you are caught smoking indoors, you will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given for the remaining period. You will also be charged a curtain cleaning fee. Please be aware of this and use the designated smoking area, the first-floor parking lot. 6. Please use only the silicone products provided in the room for rice cookers, pots, frying pans, etc., and do not use stainless steel utensils. (If stainless steel utensils cause scratches on rice cookers, pots, frying pans, etc., your deposit will be deducted.) 7. The deposit will be refunded after check-out. After consultation with the guest, the settlement will be processed and sent within 3 days (excluding weekends). 8. Items left behind will be kept for one week and disposed of if not claimed. ※ We are a short-term rental facility, not a lodging facility. Therefore, please understand that personal hygiene products, toilet paper, water, towels, etc. are not provided.
