There is a CU convenience store right below the apartment, a chicken restaurant, and a famous kalguksu restaurant. The bus stop is 1 minute away, and Mokdong Station is 7 minutes away by bus. It faces south, so the natural light is excellent. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It accommodates up to 4 people. Basic furniture and fixtures are provided, so please check the options. Dogs are allowed. However, repair costs will be charged if urine seeps into the floorboards. An additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW applies when bringing a dog. Please dispose of trash at the recycling area on the 1st floor; general waste and food waste should be placed in bags. Strictly no smoking. Please use the designated smoking area on the 1st floor of the apartment building. A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for smoking indoors. Fees will be charged for damage to property or loss of fixtures, so please treat the space as if it were your own home. Heating costs are high in the winter; if the bill exceeds the management fee, we will contact you later, so please conserve energy.
