Spacious studio with a panoramic view of Seongsan Ilchulbong and the sea

I was upgraded to a duplex, so I stayed more comfortably. The view was great, as shown in the introduction photo. You can see the sunrise right in the morning, and the leisurely Fritz Coffee across the street is also nice. Gwangchigi Beach is also close. In the afternoon, it is good to see the sunrise in the morning and take a walk along the beach in the afternoon. I was able to see the beautiful beach together, where the scene of being fooled naturally follows. The accommodation is ** ** and ** ****. It seemed like someone left the small **. The kitchen has more than 2 sets of dishes (frying pan, wok, knife, cutting board, spoon, etc.). There was a dishwashing sponge, but I remember there was no detergent. I used disposable tissue detergent... Highlight 2, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, TV, air conditioner worked well. The bedding was clean, and in addition to 1 set for the bed, there was 1 more set for 2 people. There was also a clothes drying rack. There were no additional utility bills, and I took care of the food waste that was separated and collected.

Parking: I brought my car from Mokpo and locked it up, but the underground parking lot was spacious, so it was very convenient. Management fee: It is included in the fee, so there is no separate fee. When disposing of food, you have to buy a card (3,000 won) and pay a processing fee, but it is less than 1,000 won. Security: It was safe because it was an officetel, so you had to enter with a password. Public transportation: There was a bus stop 3 minutes away, so there was no inconvenience. Convenience store: It is right in front, and Hanaro Mart is within walking distance. Heating: It is individual heating, so there was no inconvenience. TV viewing: It is raining, so I have nowhere to go, but I can't watch Netflix or YouTube. I wonder if it would be better to change it to the latest TV. I spent my time comfortably in a place where I could see Seongsan Ilchulbong outside the window. I highly recommend it to those traveling to the east side of Jeju.

I stayed for about a week. It was nice to be able to see Seongsan Ilchulbong up close, unlike the photos and views. The facilities were well managed, so I was able to stay comfortably. The downside is that ** is provided, but it would be better to bring your own. There was ** that was old and smelly. Everything else was good. The interior is clean and there is no shortage or inconvenience for two people to live there. The underground parking lot is also large and there are good amenities (cafe, convenience store, laundromat, etc.) nearby. You can see the ocean and Seongsan Ilchulbong through the window. The 3-story building in the middle slightly blocks the ocean, but it has its own charm. The bike path is right in front, so it is really good for riding to Gimnyeong Beach or Pyoseon Beach. The bike path is separated from the road in this section, so it is safe, and the coastal scenery is especially beautiful. If you know how to ride a bike, I definitely recommend going. There is also a bike rental shop on the first floor of the building. The terminal to Udo is also close. Seongsan Ilchulbong and Gwangchigi Beach are right in front, and Ojo Port is also close, so you can easily enjoy the beauty of Jeju on foot. The utility bill for an 8-day stay in late July was 55,000 won. In summary, I am very satisfied.

The view of Seongsan Sunrise Peak, which I saw first thing when I opened my eyes in the morning, is still unforgettable and makes me want to go there again. It was nice to spend a leisurely day drinking a warm latte at nearby Gwangchigi Beach and Starbucks, and to be able to quickly go to Udo from nearby Seongsan Port. It was convenient because there was a large underground parking lot that I could use comfortably. I would like to thank the host again for his kindness. I am grateful that I was able to finish the 14 nights I stayed at this time so happily.

It's a place with a view of the sunrise peak. It's perfect for two people. The place is prettier than the pictures, and it's newly built, so it's clean. It's a larger villa than I thought, so the underground parking lot is well-made, and there are many amenities in the complex, so it was convenient to use. Since it's Seongsan, there are many restaurants, food, and things to see nearby, and it's easy to access Udo, so I had a comfortable stay~~
