There is a children's playground within the apartment complex, making it comfortable and safe for children to play. As it is a newly built apartment, the parking lot is spacious and clean, and parking is convenient. The management office maintains the area in a clean and tidy manner. The surrounding commercial area is excellent, and there is convenient access to the subway within 10 minutes. Convenient amenities are also within 10 minutes. Since Korea University is close to the home, there are many young people, making the neighborhood vibrant and lively, which is a great advantage. The apartment is close to Korea University Hospital, and despite being located in the city center, the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, making it an excellent place to stay and rest conveniently.

Korea University Hospital is close to the accommodation, and you can use the laundromat just a short walk down from the apartment entrance. If you use the subway, the accommodation is located in a convenient transportation hub, within a 10-minute walk to Anam Station, Bomun Station, Sungshin Women's University Station, and Korea University Station! There are restaurants and food streets around the station, making daily life convenient. There is a children's playground on the first floor at the back of the apartment, making it convenient for kids to play. <Eohung Restaurant> This place sells Hamburg steak and regular steak at reasonable prices. As you can tell from the name, a tiger symbolizing Korea University stands in front of the store haha. There is a really long line during lunchtime, but for a price in the low 10,000 won range, the set is really good, including a generous amount of meat, rice, and soup, so it is a place I visit often! Personally, I recommend the Uh-Heung Signature Set Meal (steak) and the Chili Cheese Beef Hamburger Set Meal, which you can only taste here. <Uh-Heung Restaurant> 40, Goryeodae-ro 27-gil, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul <Yongchosu> This is truly the best value-for-money restaurant in Anam. Legendarily, when the owner announced they were closing, there was a crazy wait for days before closing, and everyone begged them to reopen, so they eventually did. It is that kind of place. This is one of the top two Guobaorou restaurants in Anam. The Guobaorou here is delicious, but they also have quite a few unique menu items. The Egg and Tomato Rice, in particular, is insane. This place serves authentic Chinese food, rather than just a Chinese restaurant. The owner's name is Yongchosu, so the restaurant is also named Yongchosu haha. My recommendations are the Egg and Tomato Rice, the Hunan Fried Rice, and the Guobaorou! <Yongchosu> 20, Goryeodae-ro 27-gil, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul This is a brand-new apartment completed in July 2024. The neighborhood is quiet, and the apartment is well-lit, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. It is fully furnished with appliances and furniture. Ceiling-mounted air conditioners are installed in the living room and every bedroom, providing coolness in the summer and warmth and coziness in the winter. The sunlight streams in through the living room window, creating a wonderful feeling of soaking up the sunshine with your whole body. 1. Excellent Transportation Accessibility: Located within a 10-minute walk of a subway station, public transportation is conveniently accessible. 2. Pleasant and Clean Complex Environment: As a newly built apartment, the buildings and common facilities are meticulously maintained. Situated slightly away from the main road, the residential environment is quiet and pleasant. 3. Abundant Nearby School District: Numerous elementary, middle, and high schools, including Seoul Anam Elementary School, Gomyeong Middle School, and Donggu Girls' Middle School, are located nearby, attracting significant interest from parents. 4. Convenient Living Infrastructure: With commercial areas and amenities well-established in the vicinity, including Korea University, daily life is convenient. 5. High Safety: The latest construction technology and advanced security systems have been applied to provide a safe residential environment. Overall, this complex is attractive for its pleasant living environment based on convenient transportation and lifestyle infrastructure. Anam-dong is home to Korea University, one of the SKY universities. It is also located right next to Korea University. Since it is situated at the southernmost point of Seongbuk-gu, it offers easy access to Sinseol-dong and Dongdaemun with just a short distance to the south. Anam Elementary School, Yongmun Elementary School, and Yongmun High School are located to the north of the complex, while the Korea University Natural Sciences Campus is located to the east, ensuring it lacks nothing as an educational hub. Above all, in this era of an aging population, the fact that Korea University Anam Hospital is within walking distance is a significant advantage. Additionally, although it is on a somewhat peripheral line, Bomun Station, a double station serving both Line 6 and the Ui-Sinseol Line, is located nearby. With a little extra effort, you can also access Line 1 and the Line 2 branch line from Sinseol-dong Station.
