We are a licensed registered guesthouse in Namyangju City. Transportation is convenient, with easy access to the Seoul-Yangyang Expressway and the 2nd Outer Ring Road. Commuting to Jamsil is possible within 50 minutes by car. It takes 50 minutes by car to Asan Medical Center. You can take the subway to Ungilsan Station, which is a 12-minute drive away. It is 5 minutes from the 2nd Outer Ring Road's Joan IC and 13 minutes from the Seoul-Yangyang Expressway's Hwado IC. By public transport, it takes 15 minutes per hour to reach Ungilsan Station. A gas or charcoal barbecue grill is available. (However, this is only permitted in the lawn yard; gas is provided free of charge, but please bring your own firewood or order it in advance.) Parking is available for 3 cars. If you need more parking space, an additional 3 cars can be parked in the host's private parking lot outside the house. It is a very quiet country house located in a wooded area, perfect for walks (country roads and forests). Pets are allowed.

Additional rules
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Gas burners are provided. You must bring your own butane gas. For barbecue use, gas or charcoal grills are available in the storage room. Gas is provided, but you must bring your own charcoal. Bonfire gazing is permitted, but only in the designated lawn area using the provided grills. Please use the trash sorting bins in the yard. For food waste, please use the outdoor food dryer or dispose of it in the biodegradable bin along with manure.
