Since the accommodation is located in a bustling area just 3-4 minutes away, everything is available. The area near Hwagok Station is a paradise for gourmets. Although it is located near a subway station, it is quiet as it is in a residential area. This is a 2-room share house featuring a living room, kitchen, bathroom, large room, small room, and utility room. 2 to 3 people stay in the large room and 1 person in the small room. The total capacity rarely exceeds 4 people, and since everyone goes out at different times, it is convenient to use the kitchen and bathroom. The bunk bed in the large room is a high-end item costing over 2 million won, so it is very sturdy and cozy. The room only contains the bunk bed, sofa, and table. To ensure optimal sleeping conditions for the 2 to 3 people staying in the large room—whether family, friends, or acquaintances—we have equipped the living room with a hairdryer, vanity, storage cabinet, and wardrobe for exclusive use by the large room residents. Aside from the host's belongings, the living room is almost exclusively used by the large room residents. The single resident in the small room has everything provided there, so they rarely use the furniture placed in the living room. There is a separate smoking room in the utility room, and next to the smoking room is a space for hanging laundry. There is a small yard on the first floor that doubles as a vegetable garden. Only our unit has exclusive use for hanging laundry. It is not a luxurious or fancy house, but it is neat and charming, so you will find it comfortable to stay in. The large room is ideal for two people to stay comfortably, but three people are also possible. The listed price is for a large room for two people, including all utilities and maintenance fees. For three guests, there is an additional charge of 5,000 won per day for each extra person. We offer a discount if two people share the double bed on the first floor. If you prefer separate bedding setups, we can set them up individually on the sofa bed. A slight discount on the additional charge per person is available for stays of 4 weeks or longer. Our unit has a small utility room on the first floor that leads to the yard. You can use it as a smoking room, or for non-smokers, an electric kettle is provided, so you can use it as a space for drinking tea. Outside the utility room, there is a very small yard on the first floor that doubles as a vegetable garden where you can hang laundry. This is exclusive to our unit. You can dry your laundry. It isn't a luxurious or fancy house, but it is fairly tidy, so you will find it comfortable to stay here. You can use everything: washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen air fryer, toaster, rice cooker, egg steamer, porridge maker, Starbucks coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, dishes, cutting board, etc. However, please be considerate and clean up neatly after use for the next person. Living in a share house is a great way to make friends when you feel scared or lonely living alone in an unfamiliar place. Although you each have your own private room to your comfort while staying in the same house, since you are in adjacent rooms, you can warmly ask about each other's well-being and look after one another like family, friends, or acquaintances. There is a small happiness in occasionally cooking and eating together.
