This view was taken from the living room. - Convenience facilities such as tableware are provided, allowing you to cook simple meals yourself. - Equipped with a double bed, floor topper, foldable cot, and sofa, it can accommodate up to 5 people. - It is a prime location to watch the drone light show performed every Saturday inside the house and the Gwangalli Fireworks Festival on November 15th. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a move-in and usage guide via text message or KakaoTalk. - Emergency food supplies (instant rice, ramen, etc.) and bottled water (1000ml, 500ml, 300ml) are provided; refills are required after use. - Additional schedules may be discussed depending on the situation. (Additional accommodation for 1-2 days may be possible depending on the cleaning company's schedule, such as on public holidays.) - Parking is charged at 10,000 KRW per night or 25,000 KRW per month (however, it is 80,000 KRW if there is a prior contract); only weekday applications are accepted.
