Not a pension-style accommodation, but a cozy home of your own. - Standard occupancy is 2 people (all guests must be 14 years of age or older). - Queen-size bed, wardrobe, work table, dining table, sink. - TV, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, induction cooktop, air conditioner, Bluetooth speaker. - Kitchenware (pots, pans, kitchen utensils). * Items you must bring: - Seasonings, laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, and other personal items. CCTV is installed in the outdoor yard (parking lot) and at the front entrance. With a front door lock and additional security features, you can feel safe even if you are a female traveler traveling alone or staying with other women. The host lives nearby, so you do not need to worry. The most distinctive feature is the concentrated layout of the space. With the office desk and dining area separated, this space is especially ideal for those seeking a high-intensity time for workcations, studying, or project work. Cozy bedding, an organized layout, and calm color tones create a sense of stability that feels more like your own room than a house. Located in a quiet rural village within walking distance of Gwakji Beach and the Handam Trail, it is the perfect place to escape the pace of the city for a while and focus on yourself. The view of Hallasan Mountain through the window, warm wooden furniture, cozy lighting, and a small room filled with books and plants provide a sense of comfort akin to [my own private studio in Jeju]. With the sea, village, walking trails, and amenities all nearby and the environment quiet, it is the perfect setting for week-long, two-week, or month-long stays. This is a space frequently visited by those who want to slow down the pace of life for a moment, focus on themselves, finish an important task, or take a leap in their career.
