Banwol Lake Park is located nearby, and its quiet atmosphere makes it a great place to relax or do some light work. We provide simple tableware and options for your convenience, and you can use the free parking lot within the building. ⁃When full, go to Changmal Gymnasium across the street (free, no designated parking) or nearby Public parking is available (paid, photo attached) [Available items. - Queen size bed ⁃Air conditioner, TV, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, folding table (for 2 people), clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner ⁃Basic tableware (bowl, pot, tongs, scissors, spoon set, ladle, etc.) Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building. No additional guests are permitted without prior notice to the host. Any damage to the space, bedding, or towels may result in a charge. Please refrain from making excessive noise out of consideration for your neighbors.
