(Basic for 2 people) -It is a clean and well-maintained one-room apartment. - TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, internet, WIFI router, dryer, dining table, bedding, and tableware are basic options. -Additional options will be added after consultation. - 24-hour snack bar on the first floor, good security with CCTV around the building - The building is comfortable, quiet, and directly managed by the owner. -There is a separate space to store your luggage!
