Number of users It can be used by up to 4 to 5 people. Entry is not permitted for additional guests beyond the number of people reserved. 2. No smoking in all areas Smoking is prohibited in all areas, including indoors and on the deck. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A separate fine of 300,000 won may be charged for violations. 3. No pets allowed Pets are not allowed at this accommodation. Violation may result in immediate eviction and additional cleaning fees. 4. Etiquette for Long-term Stays This accommodation is a residential long-term lodging and is a space sensitive to noise. Please refrain from making noise and engaging in outdoor activities after 10 PM. Parties, events, and commercial filming are not permitted without prior consultation. 5. Use of facilities and equipment All appliances, furniture, and bedding are managed to hotel-grade standards. In the event of damage, contamination, or loss, costs may be charged on an actual cost basis. 6. Maintain cleanliness Basic tidying up and waste sorting are mandatory when checking out. Professional cleaning costs may apply if the level of contamination exceeds that of daily living. 7. Utility Bill Information Electricity, water, heating, cooling, and maintenance fees are charged at a fixed rate per night according to platform policy.
