There is a CU convenience store right next door. There is a Hanaro Mart a 5-minute drive away. There are many places within a 5-minute drive, including the London Bagel Museum and restaurants featured on Sung Si-kyung's YouTube channel. It is a quiet and clean independent townhouse. There is a permanent manager living in the same townhouse.
