1. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you are checking out late, please inform us in advance. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour will apply. (However, usage may be restricted if there is a group checking in on the same day.) 2. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited inside the building. A cleaning fee of up to 300,000 KRW will be charged for indoor smoking. Please smoke outside the building, but please avoid smoking near neighboring units. (We have received many complaints from residents.) Please make sure to collect cigarette butts and dispose of them in the trash can after smoking. Roro's family is sensitive to the smell of cigarettes. Please make sure to follow these rules. 3. Pets are not allowed. If you bring a pet, your use of the accommodation will be restricted immediately. As this was announced in advance on the booking site, the accommodation fee will not be refunded. Additionally, costs will be charged for any damages caused by bringing a pet. The Roro sisters have allergies. I want to raise a pet, but I am unable to. 4. Please be careful of safety when accompanied by infants or toddlers. Please be especially careful when using the stairs. The user is responsible for any accidents that occur during their stay. 5. Cooking that causes a lot of oil splattering or using products that involve fire is prohibited indoors. For dishes that splatter a lot of oil, such as pork belly or fish, please use the provided gas burner and grill plate on the 1st-floor terrace. Please use products that emit scents or smoke, such as mosquito coils and candles, only outdoors. 6. After playing in the water at the beach, please wipe away any foreign matter, such as sand, at the terrace faucet before entering the accommodation. If sand falls indoors, it is difficult to vacuum, which may cause inconvenience during your stay. 7. Please use all items within the accommodation only inside the room and return them to their proper place after use. Please return terrace items (Bluetooth speakers, camping lights, scented candles, mosquito coils, etc.) to their original locations immediately after use. Please return board games, books, and other items to their original locations after use. You will be responsible for the cost of repurchasing items if they are lost or damaged. 8. Please be careful to avoid staining fabric products such as bedding and sofas. Depending on the extent of the stain, you will be responsible for the cost of cleaning or repurchasing. 9. Please inform us immediately if any parts break or get damaged during your stay. Mistakes can happen to anyone at any time during daily life. We would appreciate it if we could discuss and resolve the issue together. If damage or loss is discovered after a guest checks out, the costs will be charged through the reservation website. 10. As this is a townhouse with six units, please maintain quiet in the garden and on the terrace after 9 PM. 11. While we are paying special attention to pest control, it is difficult to completely block insects entering from the garden due to Jeju's coastal location. Refunds due to insects are not possible, so if you are sensitive to them, please consider carefully before booking. 12. Jeju Island has much higher humidity than the mainland. We maintain strict conditions using dehumidifiers, so please empty the water tanks regularly and ventilate frequently. Refunds due to dampness or odors are not possible, so please help us manage the situation well. 13. Items provided are not additional beyond those initially supplied. Furthermore, bedding replacement and cleaning services are not provided during the rental period. Please wash the items before use; if you wish to have them cleaned midway through the rental, we can connect you with a cleaning service. 14. Please turn off the power to the air conditioner/heater and the lights when leaving the premises. Please make sure to close the windows and terrace doors (sashes). (Not only can sudden rain cause flooding, but outsiders may also enter.) Please dispose of recyclables and food waste on the designated days. (This causes insect infestation and unpleasant odors.) 15. When checking out, You must perform basic tidying up, excluding laundry. (Put items back in their proper places, wash dishes, separate recyclables, etc.). 16. Failure to comply with the regulations below will result in immediate eviction without a refund, and compensation for damages will be charged.
