You are responsible for compensating for any damage, breakdowns, or contamination that occurs during the rental period. 🫶 Please purchase volume-based waste bags for food waste and general waste disposal. (Available for purchase at the convenience store inside the building) Please use the recycling bins on the 1st floor and basement for recyclables. 😱 If the interior condition exceeds a standard level upon move-out, the cost of a professional cleaning service will be charged. (Minimum of 150,000 KRW or more, depending on the condition)
