In Korea, it is customary to take off your shoes indoors. • Please do not open any furniture in the accommodation that has a lock or safety lock, as these are used to store items for accommodation operations. • Please do not move any furniture or props within the accommodation. • As it is located in a residential area, please be mindful not to make loud noises after 10 PM. • Parking is not available in front of the accommodation. Please use a nearby public parking lot. - Songjeong-dong public parking lot, Seongdong-gu - Daejin Private Parking Lot - Seongdong-gu Tax Office parking lot • Only simple cooking is allowed (no cooking with strong odors such as fish or barbecue). • Early check-in and late check-out will incur additional charges per hour (please notify us in advance if you wish to change the time). - Early check-in / late check-out → 10,000 won per hour • Accommodation with pets is not permitted. • For safety reasons, no additional guests or visitors are allowed outside of the reservation number without prior agreement. • Additional charges may apply in case of damage or contamination of the accommodation. • Cleaning is available once a week (please request in advance). • Due to seasonal factors and the nature of the building structure, pests (mosquitoes, small flies, cockroaches, etc.) may appear intermittently.
