2 minute walk to coastal road 10 minutes walk to downtown (Hanaro Mart, convenience store, etc.) bus stop 15 minutes walk to Pyoseon Beach. Jeju Folk Village There is a large yard, so it is good for living with a pet. The surroundings are quiet, so it's a good place to rest and relax.

Here are a few things to keep in mind while you're here. 📣📣 During the winter when heating is needed, city gas is not installed in Jeju due to the nature of the region. Therefore, additional charges may be added to the basic utility charges when the boiler is in operation. (Charged after checking the meter) Please note📣 📣 1. Please refrain from causing any inconvenience to others by making excessive noise, etc. 2. Please take into account the fact that additional charges may be applied for electricity and gas after checking the usage, and save accordingly. (Unlike Seoul, Jeju Island does not have city gas, so the unit price is a bit higher.) 3. When accompanying a pet dog, please be mindful of surrounding noise and defecation. (The cost of changing the bed mattress, blanket, etc. and cleaning is too high. We will charge you for the cost.) 4. Please be careful as we are not responsible for any accidents that occur due to negligence. 5. You must pay compensation for any damage to your property while you are living there.
