[User Guide] [1] Entry/Exit Instructions (Face-to-Face or Non-Face-to-Face Entry/Exit) - Check-in: from 3:00 PM - Check-out: by 11:00 AM [2] Parking space - It is a private parking facility and can conveniently park up to 2 cars! (Additionally, there is ample parking at the government office across the street) [3] WIFI - WIFI is available. [4] Barbecue Charcoal barbecue is available at designated locations, and we can purchase and prepare ingredients upon request! (Ingredient purchase costs vary depending on quantity and type. A preparation fee of 20,000 won is payable directly.) - Even if you prepare it yourself, please let us know in advance. Please understand that we may request before/after photos for safety reasons. - Please be careful of fire and, in particular, make sure to check and clean up after use, including disposing of any remaining fire. [5] Laundry facilities - Washing machine and dryer are provided. - We do not provide laundry detergent or fabric softener, so please bring your own in small portions or purchase them in small quantities. [6] Bedding - If there are other guests staying for a short period (within 2 days), they can use the room for a short period without additional cost within the maximum number of people, as long as no additional bedding is required. However, if you need additional bedding or are staying for more than 2 days, please consult with us in advance. [7] Daily necessities - Upon check-in, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 towels per person are provided. (After this, please purchase toilet paper separately and wash towels!) - Toiletries/supplies such as shampoo, body wash, razor, toothbrush/toothpaste, etc. are not supported by policy, so please purchase them separately if needed. [8] Guide for accompanying infants/children Please take extra care to avoid injury, as the bathroom, bathroom entrance, and interior areas may be slippery. Also, be mindful of safety measures, such as the corners of glassware and fixtures. [9] Guide to bringing pets - This is a pet-friendly space. However, please bring your own pet-related supplies. - Be sure to notify the landlord in advance that you will be bringing a pet. - Up to 1 dog under 7kg is allowed. If you are bringing a dog, please be sure to inquire via message. - Additional pet fees will be added for cleaning (applicable from January 1, 26th, based on the reservation date). ※ Please be careful when walking or going out as there is no fence installed at the entrance to the room. For management purposes, pets cannot be left alone in the room. ※ If you bring a pet without the landlord's prior consent, your contract may be canceled immediately upon discovery and the full amount of rent will be charged as a penalty. [10] Heating and hot water - It is operated with an oil boiler, and the actual usage amount is checked and settled on the day of check-out. [11] Reservation inquiry message - For any other inquiries before completing your reservation, please use the reservation message. ※ We are making every effort to prevent insects, but please be aware that due to the nature of Jeju Island, accommodations adjacent to natural environments may still be infested with insects. Please note that refunds are not possible due to this when making a reservation! Considering this is a quiet rural village, please refrain from outdoor parties or events after 9 PM.
