A house designed by an architect who won the Grand Prize at the Wooden Architecture Competition. A quiet Jeju stay nestled in the heart of an orange grove, just a 2-minute drive from the sea. Stayback is an eco-friendly two-story wooden house built and cared for with love by the host family. Designed by an architect who received the Grand Prize at the Wooden Architecture Competition, the 61-pyeong (201㎡) property features four bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, and an attic, making it spacious enough for families or groups of friends to stay together. A 300-pyeong orange grove and garden surround the house, offering lush greenery from every window, and you can pick and eat tangerines directly from the yard from late November to early January. The Deokdol Port Cafe Street is a 10-minute walk away, and the sea is just a 2-minute drive. As an officially registered rural guesthouse, we provide basic amenities such as towels and shampoo, and operate with the goal of creating a home that becomes more comfortable the longer you stay—including regular pest control by CESCO and insurance against fire and flood damages.

This space is available for short-term rental starting from 6 nights or 7 days. [About Stayback] This is the name of our space. It is the nickname we have used for our home since 2019. It is a warm, eco-friendly wooden house where you can live quietly and happily with family, friends, or your significant other. It is a two-story wooden house featuring an attic, a yard, and a private parking space, all within a quiet surrounding area. Everything is provided, including a water purifier, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, microwave, TV, tableware, and bedding (provided only once). The kitchen is very spacious, and a dining table for six is also available. Air conditioners are installed in the living room and every bedroom. <Management> - While we minimize insect infestations through CESCO, insects occasionally appear due to the characteristics of Jeju Island and the nature of the outskirts of the city. In addition to CESCO, we are making our own efforts to manage the situation. -Utilities (water, electricity, gas) are added daily and automatically included in the rent. There are no other additional costs. -There is a designated recycling area; please separate waste into general waste (volume-based) and recyclables. You only need to gather items in the designated recycling area. <Yard> Parking is free, and up to 3 cars can be parked in the yard. (2 cars is an average and appropriate capacity.) The spacious yard allows for comfortable, exclusive use. It is very quiet as there are no other facilities nearby. It is maintained in excellent condition. You can stay comfortably for both short-term and long-term rentals. <Note> This property is currently registered as a rural guesthouse.
