There is a CU convenience store on the first floor, and there are restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets within a 1-5 minute walk. Phoenix Park, 10 minutes walk away My house is a self-organizing accommodation. We want to operate the place cheaply so that guests do not have to pay a large amount for accommodation, and we do not charge a separate cleaning fee. We ask that those who can use the place cleanly make a reservation and clean up and tidy up when checking out (we have a vacuum cleaner and all cleaning tools) We would like to inform you that guests who check in can use the room in the condition that the previous guest has cleaned up. Although it is on the second floor, the ceiling height is high, so the view from the veranda is a nice view of the green forest. Since it is on the second floor of the piloti, even those with children can stay without worrying about noise between floors. It is quiet and secluded, but there are convenient facilities, restaurants, etc. nearby. The Taekisan Wellness Forest Experience Course is also close, so it is good for a walk. Of course, in the summer, it is good to play in the stream water at Heungjeong Valley^^ There is a private barbecue area in front of the apartment, so it is also good for a barbecue~

We do not charge a separate cleaning fee. Please tidy up the room before you leave. Utility bills include all management fees and basic gas charges (gas charges are 5,000 won per month in the summer when heating is not provided, but about 100,000 won per month in the winter when heating is required, so the difference is large. Therefore, any excess amount will be charged separately according to usage. Of course, if it is less than the basic included amount, it will be refunded.)
