Move-in is conducted remotely. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. (The check-in code will be sent before check-in on the day of arrival.) * Please ensure you separate waste, dispose of food waste and general trash, and tidy up before checking out. * The recycling area is located on the 1st floor of Building 201. Enter the hallway between lines 123 and 45 and walk to the far right end. * Rooms without a food waste card must place food waste in the designated waste bin and dispose of it in the general trash bin. Recyclables must also be disposed of in the recycling area. * An additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged if trash is not disposed of properly. * If the room is in poor condition, such as stains, an additional cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW will be charged unconditionally and will be deducted from the security deposit. Please pay close attention to the condition of your room. * However, there is no basic cleaning fee, and you will always be able to check in with the room in good condition after checking out. * You must agree to the additional cleaning fee to check in. * If damage to wallpaper or flooring, contamination of facilities, foul odors, or permanent damage to sofas occurs, an additional cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW (basic fee) will be charged, and for wallpaper, flooring, etc., a basic fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged. * Please be extremely careful regarding pet urination, marking, and pet hair. * Agreements Before Check-in 1.
