Ground Floor (No stairs required) - Accessible via Line 2, Airport Railroad, and Gyeongui-Jungang Line. - Hongdae Red Road, AK Plaza, convenience stores, and Gyeongui Line Book Street are within a 1-minute walk, while Yeontral Park, Yeonnam-dong, and Yeonnam-dong Cafe Street are within a 3-minute walk. - It is close to Hongdae Walking Street and the Hapjeong restaurant district, and is a quiet and safe residential building. - CCTV is installed at the main entrance to ensure safety and manage the number of visitors. - Staying is not permitted for anyone other than the person with the reservation. - If smoking is detected within the accommodation, immediate eviction may occur, and refunds for the remaining stay will not be provided.
