Transportation is very convenient, and since it's near the university, restaurants, convenience stores, theaters, hospitals, pharmacies, and more are all within a 10-minute walk. The accommodation is fully furnished, so all you need to do is show up. However, the host's personal items are provided in the room, so please use them accordingly. There is no cleaning fee deposit, but any damage or theft of items will be charged at a later date. Tenants are expected to clean the space themselves and leave it in the same condition as when they checked in.
