1. The accommodation is strictly a non-smoking area (including e-cigarettes). If you smoke, you will be evicted without a refund and will be charged damage compensation. 2. Parking is not provided. Please use the nearby public parking lot (Seoul National University Venture Town Station Exit 2). 3. If a guest is found to be outside the number of people reserved, an additional fee of three times the reservation fee will be charged and the guest will be asked to leave immediately. (External CCTV installed - for the security of the accommodation, the safety of guests, and to check the number of guests) *No dogs allowed 4. The accommodation is located in a residential area. To avoid causing inconvenience to neighbors, please refrain from making noise after 9:00 PM. (If complaints arise, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund.) 5. We do not accept minors. Any subsequent consequences are the responsibility of the person making the reservation. 6. Simple cooking is allowed, but please understand that cooking food with odors that are difficult to remove (pork belly / grilled fish / crab and seafood / durian / mala-tang, etc.) is not allowed.
