The room may feel somewhat cramped for two people, and refunds are not available for this reason. • Visitors: Visits and overnight stays by outsiders other than the reserved guests are strictly prohibited. (Security and noise issues) 3. Quietness and Noise (Must Read) • This building is a residential officetel, and neighboring residents live here. • Using the washing machine, loud singing, playing musical instruments, and parties are strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM. • In the event of noise complaints, immediate eviction may be unavoidable. 4. No Smoking (Strictly Observed) • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building, including inside the accommodation and bathrooms (ventilation areas). • If caught smoking indoors, a special cleaning and odor removal fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged, and it will result in immediate eviction. Please use the designated outdoor area on the 1st floor. 5. Heating and Utility Regulations (Must Read) This accommodation uses an 'electric floor heating' system. Excessive heating (especially leaving it on when going out) can lead to a monthly bill shock of over 300,000 to 400,000 KRW due to progressive tax rates. If the total utility bill over a 4-week period exceeds the management fee, the excess amount will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned upon check-out. Please be sure to switch to 'Away Mode' when going out. 6. Cooking and Hygiene • Cooking strong-smelling foods (grilled fish, Cheonggukjang, pork belly, etc.) is prohibited inside the guest room. (Please be considerate of the next guest.) • Please wash used tableware and do not leave food waste inside the room. 7. Trash Disposal • As a general rule, guests are responsible for disposing of any trash generated during long-term stays. • General Waste: Place in pay-as-you-throw bags (purchased at convenience stores) and dispose of at the designated location (check and specify, such as B1 or 1st floor). • Recycling: Separate by type at the recycling area. 8.
